Since 1983 we start to fulfil together with a German Fab the demand for laboratory equipment to the Semiconductor industry, our knowledge continues built up. Nowadays we can offer holders in each dimension and for each required chemical and temperature resistance. Our plating units can proceed full wafers with the lowest electrolyte volume, what is the most economic way for R&D and new applications.

All our parts for standard wafer holders and plating units are exchangeable. We keep stock of all common wafer sizes and are able to supply worldwide.
Our parts are from advanced plastic and sealing materials, there are no connections limited in life time, therefore our products are most reliable and can be used for decades.

Capability
Our products are used for R&D applications, prototyping and mass production. We started with a single side wafer holder, nowadays we can develop and produce panel holders in the size up to 1200 x 1200 mm.
With the inhouse construction department we are able to plan, design and produce complete holders for each application.

Information about our latest developments
The Flexible Holder can carry wafer with different thickness, like i.e. for 6 inch wafers 200 – 1000 µm.
The Holder for Photovoltaic Wafers can proceed 2 wafers for etching in aggressive electrolytes by keeping the backside dry.
Rinsing Station for our Wafer Holders. The system uses minimal water and ensures perfect rinsing of the treated wafers.
